Payments
All payments are conducted in Australian dollars at the time of purchase.
You have the option to view prices in a range of other currencies, and this web
site will approximate the conversion for you and in this case we use a rate
close to that being offered by the major credit card issuers. Items are
sent at the next oportunity, usually within 24hours and you will receive a
confirmation email once your package has left our premises and our relevant
procedures have taken place.
If you have paid via credit card, the transaction will have been conducted
securely with our credit card merchant, and none of your credit card details are
kept on our systems. Australian orders are packed with a Tax Invoice, all
foreign orders contain a commercial invoice showing amounts in Australian
dollars.
Refunds
Items returned in original condition within 14 days are entitled to a refund
of the purchase price, but not including shipping or postage fees.
Returns
Items deemed as faulty can be returned for replacement or repair within 90 days
of purchase. Please email
support@blip.com.au if you feel you need to return something. If you
think the product has been described incorrectly on this website we will refund
the purchase price, but not including the shipping or postage fees.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled in full at any time prior to the order leaving our
premises. Please send an email too

Delivery
We are located in Australia - unless specificed your purchase will be sent
from our address.
We send to many foreign countries every day. You will offered a choice of
delivery method depending on your address and what products you have ordered.
As a minimum you will be offered Postal Service delivery. Delivery times
will vary accordingly due to procedures beyond our control, but our system will
provide you with an estimate based on our experiences to date and where possible
estimates provided electronically by your chosen shipping carrier.
Note that in all cases we are only responsible for the item up until it is sent
with your choice of delivery method. We are not responsible for items that are
lost in transit between our premises and your delivery address. Where
possible we receipt all items that are sent.
Privacy
Your contact information and mailing address, but not payment details, is stored
on our system to complete your order and allow us to contact you when
required. It is not disclosed to any other parties or used for any other
means.
